5 Yoga Poses for Stress relief

Hello hello dear readers and Yoga fans 🙂

So, I was not so active lately on my blog, my apologiessss; and to wash my sins I will try to show you some ways that can help you end up a stressful day as you supposed to…. in peace. And how you can do this in a nice way? without going farrrr away from the city and your problems, and without spending any money? Yogaaaa babes, yoga is the answer!

Enough with the bla bla bla and let’t talk about serious things. Yoga is well know as a pleasant activity, that can be done home or anywhere you want. It has so much benefits, more than you can think of and it works not only with your body but also with the mighty mind *the master of all of ussss (at least when you are not in love as fuck) *sorry my bad.

We will focus today on 5 of the poses that will help you relief from the daily stress and make you sleep as a baby boo 🙂

1. Sukhasana – easy pose

Similar to sitting in a simple cross-legged position. It is easy to do and all you need is to focus at your spine position. Stand straight, put your arms relaxed on your knee and take the time you need to control your breathing and focus on it.

2. Uttana Shishosana – easy pose

This pose is even more easy. You will feel all the negative energy going away slowly from your body. It lengthens the spine and calms the mind and also invigorates the body.

3. Marjaryasana – easy pose

Also called cat pose it will make your spine move in a very pleasant way. Your belly will be also happy as you keep the moves in a slow motion way.

4. Bitilasana – easy pose

Cow Pose is an easy, gentle way to warm up the spine. This pose is often paired with Cat pose where by combining them the result is a well controlled breathing exercise (inhale-exhale). I hate the nick name…cow pose, there is nothing resembling to a cow here :))) but ok, maybe I am blind 🙂 BTW bend your spine how much you can but don’t force it.

5.  Janu Sirsasana – medium easy pose

This position it takes flexibility but you can listen to you body and do it in the way you can. The important part is to focus all the time at you spine (to be in a comfortable position) and at the breathing flow. You can do it on one leg…after you can slowly pass to the other one.
